This station is ideal for working the core, arms, shoulders and muscles in the back. Press ups are good for the chest’s pectoralis muscles and the arms whereas sit ups are great for your abdomen and the quadriceps in the front of the thighs.

This product is designed and manufactured to be compliant with BS EN1176 and EN16630.
