This unit is the ideal unit for working on a range of muscles and improving strength. For great upper body and core training, there are trapeze grips, rings, vertical leg raiser, chin up and parallette bars. These are also ideal for working on the shoulders and back. For working on your glutes and hamstring use the step up timber on the unit.
